What a wonderful thing it is
For eyes to see the world around us
To see the baby blue sky
The puffy white clouds
The tree in the forest that's stood for years
And the deep green of the ground below us
Can you see
The starry night sky a touch away
For things to look so close and yet so far away
It’s almost so hard to believe
How the world can be so beautiful and peaceful
Yet can be cruel and unforgiving
For us to see the world as it is
Is a blessing and a curse
For one being
